My name is Hannah, and I’m so glad you’re here.
As a child, I spent my days wandering—playing in the forest, dancing in the rain, making potions from mud, twigs, and leaves. Everything I touched felt infused with magic, a secret world that belonged only to me. But as I grew, that magic seemed to slip through my fingers. I spent much of my life searching for it again, only to realize it had never left—it had always been inside me.
Deep in my core, I knew I was called to something greater than just my own evolution. I just didn’t know what or how.
As life unfolded, so did its hardships. Traumatized and unable to cope, I turned to escapism—seeking a false sense of joy in people, places, things, and even my spirituality. I had drifted so far from my authentic self that I no longer recognized who I was. But the call remained, whispering through the stillness, urging me inward. I eventually realized that the greatest pain—the emptiness of not knowing myself—was also my greatest source of power.
Yoga found me in 2011, in my high school gym class. By 2014, I had taken my first in-person class, drawn to its quiet call of unity and the childhood magic I had been chasing. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in 2016, and after teaching for a few years, I journeyed to Mysore, India, where I completed my 500-hour training in Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama. My time in India was not just about deepening my physical practice—it was an initiation into the depths of my being, a confrontation with the many archetypes and shadows within my psyche.
Over the past ten years, I have continuously shed old layers and grown new ones, learning to transmute pain into inspiration and fear into courage. Now, I want to help guide you on your own journey of transformation.
Think of me as the fruit stand you stumble upon at just the right moment during a long trek, or the gas station clerk who offers you a map and a knowing nod. Your journey is yours—but you don’t have to walk it alone.
Let’s find the magic again. It’s been within you all along.
